Thai Massaman Curry Paste

Thai Massaman curry paste from Blue elephant is made by combining red curry paste with tamarind. It is a sophisticated blend of spices (cardamom seeds, cinnamon, clove, coriander & cumin seeds). Thai Massaman Curry paste is mild and very aromatic. Fried and combined with coconut cream, lamb or beef or Chicken and a few vegetables, serve with our premium Thai Jasmine Rice.
